It does not even do the one thing that it is supposed to do. Pointless app. Apps just keeps loading when requesting a birth certificate then just closes without any message and never gives you the certificate. Now I have to make long wait lines and waste my time to get one. There is not even support for this app or a way to get help.

I wanted to replace a paper copy of my birth certificate from when I was born but the app is asking for a qr code and in the 80's those didn't exist... I have all the other info why is it qr dependent.. I don't live in Honduras so simply going to an office and requesting a birth certificate isn't doable. This app is useless.

It does work, though it requires phone calls management permissions so we can use it, why would it need phone permissions to work? 🤔, sorry, not trustworthy.
